Requirements: 

  • Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in automobile industry
  • Should have followed NVQ Level 4 or 6 Mechanic course in any recognized institution
  • A strong understanding of automotive technology and automotive industry
  • Proficiency with industry specific software
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication experience
