Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Manage a team of technicians, mechanics, and support staff, providing leadership and guidance.
• Implement and maintain high standards of safety and compliance with industry regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow and improve service quality.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor inventory levels and procurement of supplies, equipment, and spare parts.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a positive experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a workshop manager in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent technical knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
• Understanding of workshop operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive engineering or related fields
