Scope of Work
- Managing organisational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
- Responsible for product sales to the and fulfilled the monthly sales target with the team
- Setting individual sales targets for the sales team
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education
Required Qualifications
- Pleasing personality with a passion for delivering superior sales and service excellence
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar capacity (IT, Hardware)
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Sales/Marketing field would be an advantage
- Self-organised, enthusiastic person with the ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Age below 40 years
