JFL is provided with the exclusive right to develop and operate Domino’s Pizza stores and the associated trademarks in the operation of stores in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. . Job Profile
- Responsible for achieving ambitious sales and profit growth targets
- Accountable for the financial performance, and P & L of the assigned cluster
- Implement a mechanisms to ensure adherence of customer promise of quality and service in both existing and new stores in the region
- Conducting regular audits/store visits in coordination with Operations Head in all stores under the assigned cluster to ensure compliance with expected safety, health, sanitation and most importantly hygiene standards and procedures
- Ensure that all the business matrix involving the costs of the restaurants and the related costs are under control and within the budgeted values
- Coordinate with Country Head, Operations Head’s, Functional heads for process improvements and higher efficiency
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedure for all the operational aspects of business.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role is a must; candidates from FMCG industry are encouraged to apply
- Should be conversant with MS office applications
