JFL is provided with the exclusive right to develop and operate Domino’s Pizza stores and the associated trademarks in the operation of stores in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. . Job Profile

  • Manage the product portfolio: Oversee the product offerings across all Domino’s stores, ensuring alignment with customer preferences and market trends.
  • Liaise with aggregator teams: Act as the primary point of contact between Domino’s and aggregator platforms, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Analyze real-time data insights: Utilize data analytics tools to extract actionable insights, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Oversee offers and promotions: Take control of offers and promotions on aggregator platforms, strategizing to maximize sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure smooth operations: Monitor order fulfillment processes, address any issues or bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Create joint business plans: Collaborate with aggregator partners to develop strategic business plans aimed at mutual growth and success.
  • Monitor competitor activity: Stay informed about competitor strategies, pricing, and promotions, and leverage insights to inform Domino’s strategies.
  • Optimize product/menu/offers: Continuously evaluate and refine Domino’s product offerings, menu items, and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the food service or retail industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analytics tools.
