JOB POSITION: SENIOR EXECUTIVE – FACILITIES & LOGISTICS

ROLE DESCRIPTION

·     Maintenance of power supply in the facilities

·     Maintenance of A/C, office furniture, Infra-structure and General repair and maintenance

·     Stock management for repairs & maintenance including indenting and managing reorder levels

·     Space planning

·     Vendor Management – AMC / Contract renewal, VG Audits

·     Schedule & Implement regular preventive maintenance and equipment checks

SKILLSET

·     Complete knowledge of office electrical / ups circuitry and Air conditioning layouts

·     Knowledge of all data cabling locations

·     Working knowledge of MSO along with good communication skills

·     Ability to trouble shoot and a good understanding of statutory requirements

·     Knowledge to read/understand CAD drawings

QUALIFICATIONS

·     Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

EXPERIENCE

·     Min. 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role.
