Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Care Agent to join our educational center. The role involves providing excellent support to students, parents, and prospective clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries about courses, schedules, fees, and admission processes via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
- Handle complaints or concerns from students and parents, offering timely and appropriate solutions.
- Provide information about the center’s programs, certifications, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain and update customer records, including student profiles and attendance data, in the system.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to address scheduling or class-related issues.
- Proactively follow up on inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Passed GCE A/L s
- Following or complete degree or diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and handle diverse customer needs.
