We are looking for talent with unique personalities for our foreign gift items shops. We are conducting interviews for the following positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in the same role or relevant experience in the Supermarket Industry or relevant industry.

·         Accountant

·         Assistant Accountant

·         Account Clerk

Accounts Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Assist with analyzing daily sales (daily and monthly basis reports)

·         Responsible for monitoring and executing day to day payments and petty cash.

·         Book Keeping and Bank reconciliations using by our computerized system.

·         Preparing journal entries and adjusting account balances to accurately reflect company financial statements.

·         Ability to Handling Loans and Leasing related duties.

·         Creating and updating expense reports and share with management team.

·         Continuous monitoring and planning Finance Department procedures.

Qualifications

·      Age between 28-40 years old.

·      Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in accounting field.

·      Fluent in English spoken and written.

·      Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.

·      Excellent interpersonal skills.

·      Fully or part qualification from a professional accounting body.

·      Knowledge of MS office.

·     Experience with handling income reports & payments

·                     Experience with monthly stock taking.
