EXECUTIVE – TRAINING (BURGER KING)

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement training programs for field staff (Crew members) and visit the location on a regular basis.
  • Plan and schedule training on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and maintain training course materials.
  • Inform about the training events in advance to field staff.
  • Ensure that training material and information are updated and available at all times.
  • Evaluate the field staff on their job role and address the training needs.
  • Establish training programs to suit the current organizational needs.
  • Keep and maintain the training track records.
  • Collaborate across departments to identify relevant training needs.
  • Adhere to company procedures and regulations.

 

JOB CONCERNS

  • Should be able to travel in Colombo and out-station according to the Training requirements.
  • Willing to work in roster basis and weekends (At least 4 Closing Shifts per month)

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Hospitality industry as an Executive Training and Development.
  • Diploma in training and human resource development/ tourism and hospitality management or any other equivalent.
  • Good communication skills especially in the English Language.
  • Excellent knowledge on MS Office & ability to work under pressure.
