Softlogic Restaurants (Pvt) Ltd., a fully-owned subsidiary of Softlogic Holdings PLC, is a frontrunner in Sri Lanka’s restaurant industry operating master franchises for leading global restaurant brands such as BURGER KING®, Crystal Jade, Délifrance, Baskin-Robbins, Popeyes & Subway. Operating six international brands, Softlogic Restaurants (Pvt) Ltd., is one of the biggest restaurant brand owners in the country.

FINANCE MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a Key Management person of the Company and ensure maintaining excellent Business and Accounting practices.
• Will be independently responsible for long term and short term strategic financial planning, Budgeting, analysis and advice the management for future direction of the company and its brand equity
• Analyze and make recommendations on future expansion possibilities with new Brand acquisition and/or with the same brands in different locations.
• Coordinate with Internal and External parties for the smooth operation of Finance and Business activities and excellent negotiation skills.
• Final responsibility on Management/Quarterly and Year End Accounts together with statutory compliance while achieving the strict deadline decided by the Management.
• Excellent experience on Financial Management and ensure the accurate receipt of collection and payments of the company
• Responsible for the operational accounting while ensuring the required price changes with industry fluc- tuation to achieve the decided GP and profitability.
• Coordinate with franchisee owners relating to financial activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Should be a Member of CA Sri Lanka. 2nd membership in CIMA/ACCA will be an added advantage.
• MBA in a reputed organization will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance together with minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience
• Require minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Senior Management position.
• Experience in Food and Beverage industry is preferred but not essential
• Shall be fluent with ERP Systems preferably with Oracle or SAP.
• Good communication skills together with excellence in English language.
• Shall be a person who is willing to work under the pressure and in a challenging role.
• Age above 35 and below 45 years
