JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – QUALITY ASSURANCE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out restaurant outlets’ food safety audits adhering to the brand guidelines and inspecting necessary facilities are compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
• Determining methods to resolve any food quality issues that arise due to not following SOPs.
• Carry out quality audits to identify issues of suppliers’ products which should be adhered to established international standards.
• Ensure conformance of products according to the standards guidelines.
• Involve in Product Development Activities including New Product Developments & discovering new suppliers.
• Ability to generate quality audit related reports to compare and improve food safety & food quality.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Biological Science or Quality Management.
• Minimum one year experience in the Food Industry or Auditing Firms.
• Knowledge & Experience in Writing Procedures, Work Instructions.
• Sound Knowledge in Quality Management systems HACCP/ISO 22000, FSSC 22000.
• Knowledge in MS Office.
• Analytical Skill & Good Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent communication skill in English Language.
• Ability to work with a team under minimum supervision.
• Age below 35 Years old.
